We had a training with Yao Judo Organization at Yao city Taiikukan (3:30pm~5:00pm) and we had Bonenkai (forget-the-year party). Daishin Judo Club just had sister affliation with the Yao Judo Organization. This is the 20th Sister Judo Club of Daishin and it is a first Sister Judo Club in Japan. (Photos) |

Osaka Shotai Group Championship Judo Tournament held at Yao Taiikukan. Daishin team won to Higashi Osaka Kashiwara high shool in the 2nd round and lost to Yao Judo Federation Club in the 3rd round. Daishin Judo Club just had affliation with the Shudokan Judo Club in Melbourne, Australia. The former chairman of the Kodokan Judo Federation in Australia, Ivan Zavetchanos is the director of Shudokan. Damon Ellis who went back to Australia in Aug was also a member of this Judo Club. This is the 18th Sister Judo Club of Daishin. |

Akihiro Matsuura (7th dan), Takenobu Kunimoto (3rd dan), Peter Broid (1st dan) and Yuki Shibamoto (1st glade) The result of the tournamnet : Takenobu Kunimoto won 1st prize of veteran’s category. Road Trip to Greece

From May 2nd(sat) to May 7th(thu), the members of Kiwi Club Judo, Akihiro Matsuura (7th dan), Takenobu Kunimoto (3rd dan), Peter Broid (1st dan) and Yuki Shibamoto (1st glade) are gonig to Greece as the Judo road trip to Greece. They will participate the International Judo Tournament which will be held on the May 3rd and also they will visit our sister judo club, IRAKURIS JUDO CLUB. (Photos from Greece) |
